Great base for a 5-night stay. Particularly good location close to everything. And short walk to the airport, which was about 10 minutes away, mall llano grande and Rionegro. The staff was really helpful and very very helpful, the room was incredibly comfortable. So many choices for breakfast: coffee, cereals, fresh fruit and eggs.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location with restaurants and ATMs nearby, and the option to call a taxi to the airport. However, the rooms left much to be desired, lacking basic amenities such as windows and proper ventilation. Staff were friendly, but that couldn't outweigh the musty smells and unclean bathrooms. Despite the central location, I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The central location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. It was great to have everything within walking distance and the mall and ATMs were also nearby. Getting to the airport was really easy and quick, only taking 10-15 minutes by taxi. The staff were really friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Although the hotel had a great central location, the condition of the rooms varied. Initially, my room showed some signs of wear and tear and had a strange odor due to the fact that the windows didn't open to the outdoors.

Our Thanksgiving stay was excellent! We had a great time and enjoyed a convenient location. the hotel was surrounded by a variety of restaurants and a mall was just a short walk away. the hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. They even called us a taxi to take us to the nearby airport.

Our room did not have any windows that opened to the outdoors, which may have contributed to a slight odor. we encountered some hair from the previous guest in the bathroom.
